General FAQ
1Are there session times?
No session times. You can come in from 9:30am and stay till closing time.
2 Do you have Gluten free options?
We have Gluten free options on our menu.
3Large groups coming?
If you would like to call or send a message on our facebook page with the date, time and how many seats you would like we can reserve a table or couches for you.
4 Can we bring in outside food?
We only allow drink bottles and baby food in our centre. No nuts as we are a nut free centre.
Private hire FAQ
1 What time can we access the centre to setup for the party?
If the hire starts at 9:30am or 1pm you have access from this time only. We suggest to give your self half an hour to setup before the guests arrive.
2 What decorations are not allowed?
The only decorations that are not allowed are Pinatas, glitter and bubbles as these are too hard to clean up. Everything else is fine.
3 What food can we bring in for the self catering?
All food is allowed just no nuts.
4 Can we heat up food for the party?
We have an oven and microwave but no stove top. Once you arrive at our centre you can give the staff the food with the platters and we will heat it up and bring the food to you.
5 When is the balance due?
There is a $50.00 deposit to secure the booking which needs to be paid in person or over the phone. The balance is to be paid at the end of the party.
6 Can we run a coffee tab?
You are more then welcome to run a tab for the guests and this will be paid at the end of the hire with the remaining balance. Guests can also pay for themselves if you do not wish to run a tab.
7 What do I need to bring in for the food?
All items such as cutlery, plates, napkins, cups, cake knife, lighter etc need to be brought in for all our private hires. We do not supply any of these items.
8 Can I bring in cold drinks?
Yes definitely can bring in cold drinks in eskies or tubs. There is ice you can purchase from the petrol station next door. Strictly no alcohol.
9 Can we play our own music?
We have a stereo that you can connect via blue tooth if you would like to play your own music or we will just have the radio on.
10 Can we have outside entertainment?
You are welcome to have outside entertainment. We do need to be informed prior to the hire. Theu must also follow the strict times of the hire or there will be an additional charge on the day.
11 Can I order platters for the party?
We have platters that you can purchase. Two days prior to the party a staff member will contact you and run through the party details again and you can order platters.
12 Can we extend the hire?
You can extend hires. Every 30mins on top of the hire is an additional $50.00. This has to be arranged prior to the party date.
13 Can we stay longer?
Our session times are strictly 2.5 hours per hire. Every 10mins after the allocated time is an additional $50.00 which will be charged to you on the day.
14 Do we have to take the rubbish?
We will provide you with a bin and bin liners but all rubbish must be taken at the end of the hire.
15 Do we need to clean up the centre?
All you need to do is remove everything that you have brought in and we will clean up the rest.
